Psychometric assessment
Depending on the role you are applying for at Wavelength you will be required to complete either the comprehension aptitude or analysis aptitude suite of assessments.
These assessments help our HR team select the best people that are aligned to the success profile of the role. This assessment is in two parts and the first will cover verbal, numerical and diagrammatic analysis and the second will assist us in understanding more about your workstyle.
