Technical skills training

Wavies are extremely skilled and talented individuals and are driven to succeed. To maintain this level of performance and to respond to changes, we recognise training is critical.

Our HR team and managers are willing to invest time with each person to create individual development plans and provide all the necessary support to set each person up for success. Our training is aimed at identifying skill gaps and addressing these through a variety of learning methods.

We encourage all Wavies to continue to develop and invest in themselves and we are also willing to to provide study support for external study commitments.
